Legal
Privacy policy
This policy explains what information we process when you visit zentostudio.com or use the site's chat.
1. Controller and scope
Zento Studio is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this site and its digital channels.
This policy applies to zentostudio.com, the embedded chat and communications initiated from the site. It does not apply to external sites or services linked from these pages.
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, you can contact us through the chat available on this site.
2. Information we may collect
We only collect information related to running the site, handling inquiries and a potential professional relationship.
- Data you choose to share through the chat, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, the content of your inquiry and attachments.
- Basic technical data, such as IP address, browser, device, language, referring page, and date and time of access, generated by the server, the security infrastructure or the chat.
- Business and technical information you voluntarily share so we can evaluate a project or prepare a proposal.
3. How we use the information
- To answer inquiries and hold the conversations you request.
- To analyze needs, prepare proposals and provide the agreed services.
- To operate, protect, troubleshoot and improve the site and its communication channels.
- To comply with legal, accounting or contractual obligations and to prevent abuse or security incidents.
4. Chat and sensitive data
The chat runs on a Chatwoot instance managed for Zento Studio. When you use it, your messages and the technical data needed to maintain the conversation are recorded on that infrastructure.
We do not ask for sensitive data, passwords, private keys or access credentials through the chat. Please avoid including that information in messages or files. If a project requires sharing access, a specific secure channel will be defined.
5. Cookies, local storage and external resources
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser under the key zento-theme and, if you choose a language, that choice under the key zento-locale. During the session it also records under the key zento-intro that the opening animation has already been shown. These preferences do not on their own identify a person and are not sent to the server by Zento Studio.
The chat widget may use cookies or local storage to keep the session and associate messages. The site's fonts are served from the same infrastructure as the pages and do not require a connection to Google Fonts.
We currently do not use advertising cookies or build behavioral profiles to show ads. You can clear or block storage in your browser settings, although some features may stop working properly.
6. Providers and recipients
We may grant strictly necessary access to hosting, infrastructure, security, email or chat support providers that help operate the site and the services.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may also disclose information when there is a legal obligation, an order from a competent authority, or when it is necessary to protect rights and security.
7. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside Argentina. Where applicable, we will seek to ensure those transfers have an adequate level of protection or mechanisms compatible with Law 25,326 and its supplementary regulations.
8. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to answer the inquiry, evaluate or provide the service, keep reasonable records of the relationship and comply with legal obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to a professional relationship are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed.
We may keep information longer when there is a legal obligation, a pending claim, or when it is necessary to exercise or defend rights.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No system connected to the Internet can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Under Law 25,326, you may request information about and access to your data, as well as its update, rectification or deletion where applicable. Access may be requested free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless you demonstrate a legitimate interest.
We will answer access requests within ten calendar days and rectification, update or deletion requests within five business days, once the requester's identity has been verified. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
See rights and procedures before the AAIP (in Spanish)11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational, technological or regulatory changes. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
